Daily challenges would help you lose weight and improve your strategy. It could be a simple one by just doing an extra walk or no fast food day, or anything you think would be beneficial. See you need to make the process as fun and as interactive so that you can stick onto it and see results.

Lastly you need to focus on your goals. Clear vision of what you want yourself to be would definitely help you get it. Most people fail because they lose track of their goals.
