Here’s my Top 5 for free downloadable WordPress themes.
1. Arras Theme
Currently definitely my number 1, as you can see. Arras Theme looks and feels incredibly good and might even be classified as a Premium Theme if you ask me.

This is one of the most beautiful themes you can use for showing of a product or service. WP CODA uses a nice and smooth jQuery navigation system for some extra awesomeness.

A great theme for creating your very own online store! This free theme has very clean colours and is surprisingly easy to navigate. Crafty Cart was designed to go along with the free e-commerce plugin WP E-commerce, so make sure you grab that one as well.

4. Vigilance
Vigilance by The Theme Foundry is a very simple, yet truely classy theme. It has a single, widget-ready sidebar and a sleek horizontal menu in the header. Although this one doesn’t seem to be free anymore, there’s a “trial” version which lets you try it out for free.
