6 New Weight Loss Tips – How I Lost Weight without Exercise

There are many people who have many stories to tell about weight loss, and for each person, there is a different version of the story. Nobody and no one have absolutely the same weight loss story with another person, everybody have their own unique story in regards to weight loss. In this article, I am going to tell you my weight loss story and how I lost weight without exercising my body to burn fat.

1 Warm Water

Every morning when I wake up and every night, the first thing and the last thing that I did was to drink a full glass cup of warm water. I did this before I did anything else and before I ate anything. Although this was very difficult to do because sometimes I felt like throwing up, you can try it and see what I mean. But even though I felt terrible doing it every morning and night, I stuck to it and told myself that I must see to it till I finish and get the results that I wanted. I did this for 3 months and I did it every morning and every night without missing a day.

2 Stress

According to the resource that I saw on weight loss, it explained deeply how stress can be one of the factors that can make one to gain excess fat. There are some people who overate because they were stressed and with that, they relieved their mind to an extent.

I reduced every form of stress that I used to have before and before I knew it, I started eating moderately without having to overeat.

3 Yoga Exercises

Yoga exercises were65 another type of exercises that I used to reduce the level of fat that I had in my system. These exercises seemed very easy and insignificant to have any effect on weight loss, but even though they seemed easy and not intense, it gradually got rid of the fat.

4 Rest

Many don’t know this truth, but sleep can be a very effective tool that you can use for weight loss. Those who hardly get sleep have a difficult time trying to lose weight. There are some functions and activities that will not be carried out in your body until you sleep.

During my weight loss program, I slept for at least 7-8 hours every day. Even though some people attribute too much sleep to weight gain, there are certain things that you cannot get down in your body system until you give your body rest.

5 Green tea

Every morning instead of taking coffee, I took green tea. Green tea which is an herbal tea is a good way for fat and unwanted body materials to be flushed off from your system. I made sure that I took this tea every morning as my coffee, whether I wanted to use it with a vegetable hamburger or a bagel.

6 Increased my Metabolism

One thing that I heard often when I was trying to lose weight was that I have to reduce the portion of food that I ate or that I have to go on a fast for me to lose weight. But rather instead of reducing the food that I ate or starving myself, I ate even the more. I ate up to 5-7 times every day. This was to increase the performance of the weight loss hormone in the body-LEPTIN.

This is the hormone that is associated with weight loss and when we go on a diet, we reduce the capacity of this hormone to burn fat from the body. So rather than starving yourself, eat more healthy meals and reduce the portion of food that you eat. Increased metabolism will bring about greater fat burning efficiency.
