Top 5 Android Games for the Ladies
Games, doesn’t matter if they are played on PC, PlayStation, or Smart phones, have always had the tag of being a “man’s favorite”, and same is the case with Android games, in fact the OS itself is a little more sophisticated than what a lady would like it to be. But is that keeping girls away from trying out this platform? The reality is quite the opposite. Girls are now picking up on Android as the OS on their smart phones, owing to its flexibility, usability and more importantly, the diversity. Plus, Android based smart-phones are a little more affordable than the iPhone, still as handy as any other OS out there!
And when it comes to games, Android has some excellent games to offer, especially for girls! Following are the five from the top of my favorites list!
1 Angry Birds
No, I m not trying to cheat by stating the most popular ones, amongst both men and women, which is true for this game; everyone simply loves playing this game on Android based smart phones, even though it is available on other platforms as well. The best thing about Angry Birds game is its simplicity; still it tends to be highly addictive. The game is played by using logic and laws of motion and elasticity (besides I m not so good at physics so pardon me if there are some other laws at play as well).
I am not going to disclose the plot of the game, but it is a highly recommended one, regardless of your masculinity, or femininity.
2 Hot Chicks: With Friends
The game is another hot favorite, though the chicks are not so HOT (since they are the real chicks and not girls). The main chicks, Chiki, Choko, and Chaka will take you on a frenzied action ride, which has some exciting stages! The best thing is that it is a free game that doesn’t come with any limitations. It’s quite like Angry Birds, except that it’s an arcade game and an equally addictive time pass. Here’s the link.
3 Sally’s Salon
For girls who love dressing up (others and themselves), this is the game to go for. Sally’s Salon is a luxury game that has a fantastic user interface with colorful items to keep your imagination rolling. Set in a parlor enclosure, you can have a number of customers, extra trophies, and some great stimulating visual effects. So, if you are into fashion, and style, and experimentation, then what you waiting for? Get this game and give someone a gorgeous haircut today!
4 Virtual Family
The title says it all; Virtual Family is a game that helps you practice the art of taking care of the family. You have got to nurture babies, see them grow and pass your beloved home from generation to generation, while helping them on daily life issues such as career, health and nutrition. P.S: You get points on how you help these generations! As you can see, this game has some additional benefits, other than the fun factor.
5 Cake Mania
Just like Facebook’s Chef Games, Cake Mania is Android’s version of a game that is built around making some really delicious (and complicated) cakes! Jill Evans is part of a reality show for a cake contest. Your job is to help Jill reach the top level by whipping up cakes for all her sweet tooth customers! Sounds pretty straightforward, but you’d like the game once you try.
