5Cameroon to finish last in Group A @ 10/11
Cameroon are a shell of their former selves and only really bring in brilliant results on home soil. Away from home they struggle to pick up wins and a fixture list of Mexico, Brazil and Croatia tells me they are on course for a last placed finish in Group A.
Volker Finke’s side have won just one of their last 11 away matches and that is proof in the pudding for me. You can get a best price of 10/11 that they finish fourth against a decent field in group A.

4Greece Not To Win a game @ 11/10
Greece are draw specialists and I think beating any of the three sides in Group C will be a big ask for Fernando Santos’ team. The Greeks will be playing Ivory Coast, Japan and Colombia all of whom will be difficult games and I am more than happy to back this bet at 11/10.
They may have won six of their last eight matches, but as soon as they faced a better class of opposition than the likes of Liechtenstein and played South Korea and Romania away from home, they failed to pick up wins.
The Greek national team is predicted to not win a single game in the 2014 World Cup
3Germany v Portugal – Under 2.5 goals @ 17/20
This match is due to be played at Arena Fonte Nova Salvador at 1pm local time. This will affect the game greatly as temperatures will be swelteringly hot in the Northern state of Bahia. The average temperature is 25 Celsius and goals could be at a premium as a result with conservative football being played.
Portugal will see this as a draw-able game and can use a ‘park the bus’ mentality with the counter attacking presence of the Ballon D’or winning Cristiano Ronaldo. I think a bet on less than three goals in these conditions at 17/20 is more than a worthy bet.
Portugal knows how to play in warm weather conditions which makes it a safe bet against Germany.
2Romelu Lukaku Top Belgium Goalscorer @ 9/4
With Christian Benteke out with serious injury, it is now certain that Romelu Lukaku will lead the line for a young and gifted Belgium side. With a midfield comprising the likes of Eden Hazard, Moussa Dembele and Nacer Chadli, the big Chelsea man will surely receive lots of opportunities to pounce in the box.
At 9/4 I think this is a decent bet for a forward who is certain to start every match Belgium play (unless he’s injured or suspended) on a player who scored 18 goals this season.

1Argentina To Score 9 Points In Group F @ 13/10
Argentina are second favourites to win the World Cup this year and with good reason. It is the first South American World Cup for a long time and they have a frightening forward line of Lionel Messi, Gonzalo Higuain and Sergio Aguero.
Their group consists of Bosnia, Iran and Nigeria and I would be amazed if they drop points to any of these sides. Back Argentina to claim maximum points heading into the knockout stages at 13/10.
